SilkenScript Studios LLC provides branding, web design, and creative services. All project scopes, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual Statements of Work (SOW) or contracts.
Upon full payment, clients receive rights to final deliverables as specified in their contract. SilkenScript Studios LLC retains the right to display work in portfolios and marketing unless otherwise agreed.
Payment terms are defined per project. Standard terms: 50% deposit to begin, 25% at design approval, 25% at launch. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge.
SilkenScript Studios LLC liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
